<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">The&#x20;locations&#x20;and&#x20;adsorbate&#x20;interactions&#x20;of&#x20;Cu(II)&#x20;in&#x20;Cu(II)-exchanged&#x20;gallosilicate&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;zeolite&#x20;L&#x20;channel&#x20;structure&#x20;were&#x20;investigated&#x20;by&#x20;electron&#x20;spin&#x20;resonance(ESR)&#x20;and&#x20;electron&#x20;spin&#x20;echo&#x20;modulation&#x20;(ESEM)&#x20;spectroscopies,&#x20;and&#x20;compared&#x20;with&#x20;those&#x20;in&#x20;Cu(II)-exchanged&#x20;aluminosilicate&#x20;K-L&#x20;zeolite&#x20;previously&#x20;studied.&#x20;Similar&#x20;results&#x20;to&#x20;those&#x20;in&#x20;aluminosilicate&#x20;CuK-L&#x20;zeolite&#x20;are&#x20;observed&#x20;in&#x20;its&#x20;gallium&#x20;analog,&#x20;suggesting&#x20;that&#x20;gallium&#x20;substitution&#x20;has&#x20;little&#x20;effect&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;interaction&#x20;of&#x20;Cu(II)&#x20;with&#x20;adsorbates&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;L&#x20;framework&#x20;structure.</dcvalue>
