<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Sulfate&#x20;radical-based&#x20;advanced&#x20;oxidation&#x20;processes&#x20;(SR-AOPs)&#x20;show&#x20;great&#x20;promise&#x20;in&#x20;water&#x20;purification&#x20;due&#x20;to&#x20;their&#x20;strong&#x20;oxidizing&#x20;properties&#x20;and&#x20;high&#x20;selectivity.&#x20;The&#x20;future&#x20;development&#x20;of&#x20;SR-AOPs&#x20;relies&#x20;heavily&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;advancement&#x20;of&#x20;catalysts.&#x20;Creating&#x20;catalysts&#x20;with&#x20;excellent&#x20;physicochemical&#x20;properties,&#x20;such&#x20;as&#x20;stability&#x20;and&#x20;high&#x20;efficiency,&#x20;is&#x20;crucial.&#x20;Metal-organic&#x20;frameworks&#x20;(MOFs)-based&#x20;nanofibers&#x20;have&#x20;demonstrated&#x20;outstanding&#x20;performance&#x20;in&#x20;SR-AOPs.&#x20;This&#x20;review&#x20;provides&#x20;an&#x20;overview&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;synthesis&#x20;strategies&#x20;for&#x20;MOFs-based&#x20;nanofibers&#x20;and&#x20;their&#x20;derivatives,&#x20;discusses&#x20;their&#x20;synergistic&#x20;effects,&#x20;and&#x20;explores&#x20;their&#x20;potential&#x20;practical&#x20;applications&#x20;in&#x20;water&#x20;treatment.&#x20;It&#x20;aims&#x20;to&#x20;offer&#x20;a&#x20;comprehensive&#x20;understanding&#x20;and&#x20;future&#x20;directions&#x20;for&#x20;researchers&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;field,&#x20;thereby&#x20;facilitating&#x20;the&#x20;transition&#x20;of&#x20;MOFs-based&#x20;materials&#x20;to&#x20;practical&#x20;water&#x20;treatment&#x20;solutions.</dcvalue>
