<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Peptoids&#x20;are&#x20;bio-inspired&#x20;and&#x20;sequence-defined&#x20;oligomers&#x20;that&#x20;can&#x20;besynthesized&#x20;by&#x20;the&#x20;solid-phase&#x20;submonomer&#x20;method&#x20;using&#x20;diverseamine&#x20;synthons.&#x20;Peptoid&#x20;sequences&#x20;govern&#x20;non-covalent&#x20;interactionswithin&#x20;the&#x20;peptoid&#x20;strand&#x20;and&#x20;between&#x20;them.&#x20;Therefore,&#x20;peptoidchemistry&#x20;has&#x20;facilitated&#x20;the&#x20;exploration&#x20;of&#x20;diverse&#x20;peptoid&#x20;sequencesas&#x20;building&#x20;blocks&#x20;to&#x20;create&#x20;multi-dimensional&#x20;nanomaterials&#x20;such&#x20;asnanospheres,&#x20;nanotubes,&#x20;nanofibers,&#x20;and&#x20;nanosheets&#x20;via&#x20;selfassemblyprocess.&#x20;In&#x20;this&#x20;talk,&#x20;I&#x20;will&#x20;present&#x20;self-assembled&#x20;peptoidhydrogels&#x20;as&#x20;biomaterial&#x20;ink.&#x20;The&#x20;hydrogel&#x20;is&#x20;a&#x20;3-dimensional&#x20;networkformed&#x20;by&#x20;connecting&#x20;nanosheets&#x20;that&#x20;are&#x20;spontaneously&#x20;organizedbetween&#x20;peptoid&#x20;strands&#x20;through&#x20;π？π&#x20;and&#x20;hydrophobic&#x20;interactions.Rheological&#x20;studies&#x20;demonstrated&#x20;that&#x20;peptoid&#x20;hydrogels&#x20;exhibitshear-thinning,&#x20;self-healing,&#x20;and&#x20;stress-relaxation&#x20;abilities,&#x20;makingthem&#x20;suitable&#x20;for&#x20;use&#x20;as&#x20;injectable&#x20;and&#x20;sprayable&#x20;hydrogels.&#x20;Furthermore,the&#x20;peptoid&#x20;hydrogel&#x20;functions&#x20;effectively&#x20;as&#x20;a&#x20;biomimetic&#x20;scaffoldwith&#x20;excellent&#x20;biocompatibility,&#x20;capable&#x20;of&#x20;modulatingphysiological&#x20;activity&#x20;through&#x20;the&#x20;incorporation&#x20;of&#x20;cell-adhesive&#x20;RGDpeptide&#x20;at&#x20;the&#x20;end&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;peptoid&#x20;sequence.&#x20;Overall,&#x20;I&#x20;anticipate&#x20;thatself-assembled&#x20;peptoid&#x20;hydrogels&#x20;hold&#x20;promise&#x20;for&#x20;next-generationbiomedical&#x20;applications.</dcvalue>
