<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Expanding&#x20;the&#x20;surface&#x20;area&#x20;of&#x20;triboelectric&#x20;materials&#x20;is&#x20;crucial&#x20;for&#x20;enhancing&#x20;the&#x20;output&#x20;performance&#x20;of&#x20;triboelectric&#x20;nanogenerators&#x20;(TENGs)&#x20;and&#x20;is&#x20;a&#x20;key&#x20;challenge&#x20;for&#x20;future&#x20;versatile&#x20;applications.&#x20;Herein,&#x20;we&#x20;introduce&#x20;a&#x20;novel&#x20;porous&#x20;silicone-based&#x20;stretchable&#x20;triboelectric&#x20;nanogenerator&#x20;(PSS-TENG)&#x20;utilizing&#x20;chloroform,&#x20;designed&#x20;for&#x20;wearable&#x20;self-powered&#x20;biomotion&#x20;monitoring.&#x20;The&#x20;triboelectric&#x20;output&#x20;is&#x20;significantly&#x20;enhanced&#x20;with&#x20;increased&#x20;porosity,&#x20;attributed&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;enlarged&#x20;contact&#x20;area,&#x20;which&#x20;generates&#x20;additional&#x20;charges&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;porous&#x20;surface&#x20;and&#x20;increases&#x20;the&#x20;surface&#x20;charge&#x20;density&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;friction&#x20;materials.&#x20;We&#x20;fabricated&#x20;a&#x20;thin,&#x20;skin-integrated&#x20;stretchable&#x20;TENG&#x20;for&#x20;wearable&#x20;self-powered&#x20;biomotion&#x20;monitoring.&#x20;Our&#x20;experimental&#x20;findings&#x20;reveal&#x20;that&#x20;the&#x20;PSS-TENG&#x20;achieves&#x20;high&#x20;power&#x20;output&#x20;(4.4&#x20;mW),&#x20;sensitivity&#x20;(51.4&#x20;V&#x2F;KPa),&#x20;and&#x20;stretchability&#x20;(230%).&#x20;This&#x20;innovative&#x20;device&#x20;offers&#x20;a&#x20;promising&#x20;solution&#x20;for&#x20;continuous,&#x20;real-time&#x20;biomotion&#x20;monitoring,&#x20;paving&#x20;the&#x20;way&#x20;for&#x20;advancements&#x20;in&#x20;self-powered&#x20;wearable&#x20;technology&#x20;and&#x20;personalized&#x20;healthcare.</dcvalue>
