<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">In&#x20;this&#x20;paper,&#x20;thermo-tactile&#x20;interaction&#x20;is&#x20;investigated&#x20;using&#x20;a&#x20;tactile&#x20;display.&#x20;The&#x20;tactile&#x20;display&#x20;device&#x20;can&#x20;provide&#x20;both&#x20;normal&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;stimulus&#x20;and&#x20;temperature&#x20;together,&#x20;using&#x20;piezo-actuating&#x20;pin-array&#x20;and&#x20;a&#x20;thermo&#x20;electric&#x20;module.&#x20;The&#x20;main&#x20;experiment&#x20;of&#x20;this&#x20;research&#x20;is&#x20;about&#x20;the&#x20;effect&#x20;of&#x20;temperature,&#x20;especially&#x20;cold&#x20;temperature,&#x20;in&#x20;perceived&#x20;magnitude&#x20;of&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;stimuli.&#x20;Three&#x20;different&#x20;conditions&#x20;of&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;amplitude&#x20;and&#x20;frequency&#x20;were&#x20;selected&#x20;for&#x20;tactile&#x20;stimuli.&#x20;Two&#x20;different&#x20;conditions&#x20;were&#x20;applied&#x20;for&#x20;each&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;stimulus.&#x20;Experimental&#x20;result&#x20;shows&#x20;the&#x20;effect&#x20;of&#x20;temperature&#x20;condition&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;perception&#x20;of&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;stimuli.</dcvalue>
