<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">The&#x20;authors&#x20;have&#x20;developed&#x20;an&#x20;non-invasive&#x20;ultrasound&#x20;theragnostic&#x20;system.&#x20;The&#x20;concept&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;proposed&#x20;system&#x20;is&#x20;to&#x20;destroy&#x20;stones&#x20;and&#x20;tumors&#x20;by&#x20;applying&#x20;high&#x20;intensity&#x20;focused&#x20;ultrasound&#x20;(HIFU)&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;affected&#x20;area&#x20;precisely&#x20;without&#x20;destroying&#x20;normal&#x20;tissues.&#x20;However,&#x20;it&#x20;is&#x20;difficult&#x20;to&#x20;apply&#x20;HIFU&#x20;precisely&#x20;due&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;motion&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;affected&#x20;area&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;diaphragm&#x20;contracts&#x20;breathing.&#x20;Therefore,&#x20;the&#x20;authors&#x20;propose&#x20;the&#x20;integrated&#x20;system&#x20;which&#x20;has&#x20;the&#x20;function&#x20;to&#x20;compensate&#x20;for&#x20;the&#x20;influence&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;respiratory&#x20;motion&#x20;by&#x20;using&#x20;the&#x20;motion&#x20;tracking&#x20;technology.&#x20;In&#x20;this&#x20;paper,&#x20;the&#x20;authors&#x20;report&#x20;configuration&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;integrated&#x20;system&#x20;and&#x20;experimental&#x20;results&#x20;on&#x20;3D&#x20;tracking&#x20;and&#x20;destroying&#x20;stone&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;system&#x20;and&#x20;a&#x20;kidney&#x20;stone&#x20;model.</dcvalue>
