- Abstract
- A new fluorene polymer with C-60, Poly(9,9'-di-n-octyl-2,7-fluorenediyl vinylene-co-9,9'-fullero-2,7-fluorenediylvinylene) (PFVFFV) was synthesized by Wittig Honor reaction. PFVFFV was characterized by NMR, IR, GPC and UV/Visible absorption. PFVFFV showed Mn=153,000 and Mw=326,000, and was thermally stable up to around 300 C. PFVFFV showed characteristic UV-Visible absorption band at 392nm and blue PL spectrum at 437nm.
