- Abstract
- We studied the phtovoltaic device with the heterojunction hybrid structure of n-type semiconductor TiO2 and p-type conducting polymer. poly(2-methoxy, 5-(2'-ethyl-hexoxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene) (MEHPPV). The polymer layer has both light sensitizing and charge transporting functions. PEDOT layer inserted in the structure of ITO/TiO2/MEHPPV/PEDOT/Au improved the fill factor as well as the conversion efficiency. The PEDOT modified device showed that the J(sc), V-oc, FF and eta(p) were 0.64 mA/cm(2). 0.75 V, 0.54 and 0.49%, respectively, under the illumination of 50 mW/cm(2) (AM 1.5).
