- Abstract
- Bis(triethoxysilyl)bi-, ter-, quarterthiophene and their silica hybrid materials with aminopropyl triethoxysilyl poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) were synthesized, and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and H-NMR spectroscopy. As the ratio of PSMAAP increases, PL spectra of BTESXT (X = B, T, Q)/PSMAAP hybrid materials show blue shift and their intensities increase. It originates from dilution effect. PL spectra of BTESTBT/PSMAAP hybrid material showed violet to blue emission.
