- Abstract
- Conducting polymer colloids have been produced using electrochemical methods under hydrodynamic conditions. The amount of colloid produced increases with increasing current density and increasing flow rate. Cell design parameters such as electrode size and cell volume can affect the production efficiency and yield. The colloids are electrically conducting and electroactive. The colloid particles are in general spherical with sizes ranging between 100 and 200 nm.
