Abstract

Palladium catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling reaction은 boron 화합물과 organic halide 혹은 triflate간의 반응으로 천연물의 전합성 및 생리활성 물질의 제조에 많이 이용된다.1 기존에 사용 되어 온 boron 화합물로는 boronic acid 와 boronate ester가 있다. 이들은 boron에 비어있는 p 오비탈로 인해 수분과 공기 중에서 불안정하며 정량적인 반응이 어렵고 가격이 비싸 새로운 boron 화합물의 개발이 요구되어 왔다.2
