Abstract
1) Out of 30 cultures, 4 green microalglae isolates(Nephroselmis sp. KGE1, Uronema sp. KGE3, Micractinium sp. KGE4, and Scenedesmus sp. KGE7 were selected based on their searching the NCBI BLAST and new strains uploaded GenBANK. BLAST compare with the similarity of the new species is very low, each other 89 %, 94 %, 89 %, and 97 %. 2) Palmitic acid (C16:0), Linolelaidic acid (C18:2n6t), and γ-Linolenic acid (C18:3n6) were found to be the major fatty acid which altogether accounted for 76.8%, 74.5%, 61.6%, and 80.9% of total fatty acid(TFA) in Nephroselmis sp. KGE1, Uronema sp. KGE3, Micractinium sp. KGE4, and Scenedesmus sp. KGE7 respectively.
