- Transparent polymer hybrid films of ZnO QD and Silsesquioxane were obtained with high luminescence and tunable emission color.
The colloidal dispersibility and Stability were confirmed and PL emission were maintained.
Controlled size of ZnO QDs and tunable PL emission may be useful in a verity of optical electronic applications. For example, LED, optical devices, and biological cell imagings.
The ratio of Precursor and capping ligand were strongly affected to the size of QD and PL properties.
The hybridization with LPMa64 as a matrix, excellent thermal properties were confirmed as a admirable materials.
