Abstract
본 발명은 반도체 광증폭기 (SOA)의 이득포화 특성을 이용하여 전광 가산기를 구현할 수 있는 기술로서, 전광 가산기의 SUM과 CARRY의 동작에는 각각 2개의 전광 XOR 논리소자와 4개의 전광 NOR 논리소자가 이용되었으며, 두 연산이 동시에 구현되었다.
