dc.description.abstract	본 발명은 산화아연(ZnO) 나노구조체의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 산화아연 분말과 그라파이트(graphite)의 환원반응에 의해 생성되는 아연가스를 실리콘 기판상에 증착시켜 나노구조체를 제조하되, 반응관 내부의 온도 조절 및 캐리어 가스로서 유입되는 알곤(Ar)과 산소(O2)의 배합비 조절에 의해 다양한 나노구조체를 재현성 있게 제조하는 방법과 이의 제조장치에 관한 것이다.	-
