- Abstract
- We developed various types of terahertz metasurface-based sensing platforms for highly sensitive imaging of biochemical species with enhanced image contrast. Target biomolecules and variants were captured by sensitively enhanced terahertz signals at the near-field regime. Further studies with an optical parameter extraction algorithm and data processing represented great promise as a future work beyond the absorption cross-section and diffraction limits.
