- Abstract
- The highly sensitive and selective dopamine (DA) sensor with graphene oxide (GO)/PEDOT:PSS composite by cathodic electrophoretic deposition (EPD) was newly fabricated and characterized for the brain disorder monitoring. The GO/PEDOT:PSS was selectively deposited on patterned Au working electrode, which contributed to mechanical stability enhancement for GO and showed synergetic effect for sensitive and selective DA detection. The sensitivity, dynamic range, and detection limit of the fabricated DA sensor were 18.5 ?A/?Mcm2, 0.3 - 100 ?M, 0.3 ?M, respectively. These wide dynamic range, high sensitivity, and selective DA detection of the sensor are good enough for direct applying brain disorder monitoring.
