Single-Photon Sensors Fabricated With Standard Technology: Opportunities and Challenges (Invited Paper)

Abstract

The goal of this talk is to introduce standard CMOS based single-photon sensors in terms of opportunities and challenges. It will give an overview of the single-photon sensor and its applications, and the main problem facing us and the trend to solve the problem will be discussed.
