- Abstract
- We performed terahertz time-domain spectroscopy for discrimination of biomolecules using absorption enhancement on a graphene-hybridized nano-slot device. The terahertz sensing device shows noticeable signal change with different trends for different nucleotides even in femto-mole level. ? 2019 The Author(s)
