dc.description.abstractoptical switch with InGaAsP/Si hybrid metal-oxide-semiconductor phase shifter is demonstrated with low crosstalk (-28.6 dB) and low power consumption (1.3 nW) due to the large electron-induced refractive index change and small absorption in InGaAsP.-
