dc.description.abstractThe applied field induced Zeeman effect interferes with Rashba effect in a quantum well system. The angle dependence of Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation shows that the in-plane term of the applied field changes the intrinsic Rashba induced spin splitting. The total effective spin-orbit interaction parameter is determined by the vector sum of the Rashba field and the applied field.-
