Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate LNOI-based rapid adiabatic couplers supporting broadband operation, compactness, and large fabrication-tolerance. Using the proposed RACs, we observe on-chip Hong-Ou-Mandel interference with a visibility = 98.75 %. (C) 2024 The Author(s)
