In our previous study, we emphasized that the management of preterm labor involves early detection of high-risk women, prevention and treatment. In this study, the feasibility of detection and suppression of uterine contractions via non-invasive electroceuticals were investigated by inserting electroceuticals into mini-pig cervix. In order to check functionality of electroceuticals, we recorded signal by uterine contraction at cervix of mini-pig after infusion of oxytocin. And also, applied electrical stimulating signal was recorded using electroceuticals. As results, the electrical stimulation of uterosacral ligament via stimulating electrodes at mini-pig cervix was properly applied and signal from uterine muscle was effectively recorded via the recording electrodes of the electroceuticals.-
