dc.description.abstractThe intracavity dispersion of a mode-locked erbium-doped fiber (EDF) lasers was measured. The dispersion was found to be independent of the pumping power and wavelength. The dispersion was measured to be -59 ps/nm/km which is comparable to the value -53 ps/nm/km obtained by computer simulation.-
