dc.description.abstractWe investigate a negative capacitance SIS phase shifter with ferroelectric materials for low-power optical switching. Negative capacitance can realize comparable charge with lower voltage owing to the charge polarization of ferroelectric materials. We discuss the charge enhancement, modulation efficiency and switching characteristic of this device.-
