Abstract
We fabricated the bitapered HC-PBGF inter. ferometer and demonstrated as the strain and temperature. sensor using a fabricated interferometer. The strain and. temperature sensitivities of the interferometer were. measured to be -1.33 pm/mu epsilon and 8 pm/degrees C, respectively.
