dc.description.abstractIn order to optimize fundamental data on determination of endocrine - disrupting chemicals such as alkylphneols (APs) and bis phenol A (BPA), various conditions such as change of cartridge, change of derivatization time and, temperature were tested. The results obtained in this study show that optimum derivatization time and temperature was 90oC, 30min, respectively. High efficiency cartridge was 1.0 g of C18. The effects were examined from several conditions of various photocatalysis reaction to alkylphenols degradation by changing its reacting conditions such as alkylphenols concentration, pH, photocatalyst concentration, H2O2 concentration and intensity of ultraviolet rays.-
