dc.description.abstractA modified Equal Channel Angular Pressing(ECAP) process was used to make a sheared plate from an annealed 1050 aluminum and the texture evolution of the plate was studied by using Electron Back Scattered Diffraction(EBSD) and the effects of texture evolution on the mechanical properties of the plate were investigated. By using the rate sensitive model, the texture evolution was simulated and the calculation results were compared to the experimentally measured results. The deformation texture of the sheared Aluminum plate changed from <100>//TD to <111>//TD and <110>//TD directions.-
