The compact laser gyros: On the way to smaller size and better performance

Abstract

Family of the unique Zeeman ring lasers are described. Compact three-axis laser gyro original design is considered. The methods of the performance improvement are discussed. Next generation of mini and micro (solid-state) ring lasers are introduced.
