- Abstract
- Charge carrier mobilities of fluorene-based polymers were investigated using TOF (time of flight) and TrEL (transient electroluminescence) method. Single, double and triple bonds were introduced to the main chain of the fluorene polymers to investigate the effect of main chain structure on the charge carrier mobilities. It showed that the triple bonds introduced polymers generally have lower charge carrier mobilties than the other polymers. Especially, the polymer with two adjacent acetylene groups showed very low charge carrier mobility value, which was about a thousand times lower than that of the double bond introduced polymer.
