- In vitro immunization using a 5-membered ring iminocyclitol afforded antibodies that catalyse the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl glucopyranoside and p-nitrophenyl galactopyranoside with rate enhancements (k(cat)/k(uncat)) of greater than 10(4).
