dc.description.abstractIn this study, we simulate and analyze a CMOS compatible angle-sensitive pixel in the near-infrared spectral range. A set of diffractive gratings can achieve the angle sensitivity where the gratings can be integrated into the CMOS image sensor by utilizing metal interconnect layers.-
