Abstract
The microwave dielectric properties of Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)(1-x)Ti-x]O3-delta (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.5) ceramics have been investigated. In general, the ceramics prepared were multiphase materials. However, single phase specimens having orthorhombic perovskite structure similar to CaTiO3 could be obtained in the vicinity of x=0.25. As Ti concentration increased, the dielectric constant (epsilon(r)) increased, the quality factor Q decreased and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (tau(f)) changed from negative to positive value. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of O ppm/degrees C was realized at x=0.05. The Q . f(0) value and epsilon(r) for this composition were found to be 27,800 GHz and 32.3, respectively.
