- Abstract
- Thiophosphoramidite as well as thiophosphoramidate chemistry has been used to prepare dithiophosphate analogues of oligonucleotides. The H-1 and P-31 resonances of the 3'-thymidine phosphorodithioate decamer d(CGCTpS-2TpS-2AAGCG) were assigned by two-dimensional NMR and the solution structure determined.
